Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery lead time: 2 weeks for orders less than one million cups. For orders greater than one million cups, delivery schedule will be determined upon receipt of purchase order.
• Note: Colored cups are a special order item and require 2-3 weeks of delivery lead time.

Auralites is not responsible for products that our customers create from our supplies and the supplies of other manufacturers. The customer is ultimately responsible for product and formula testing to ensure compatibility and safety. Auralites has no control over the use of our products once they leave our warehouse and makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the suitability or results of any items used in combination to create another product. The customer's liability, in respect to purchased goods, is expressly limited to the replacement of defective goods, or at Auralites election, refund or credit to the customer of an amount equal to the purchase price of the goods.
